                   AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AS "KIMKAREN WAY" A
                   HERETOFORE UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY
                   OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE.

       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE that there be and is hereby
       designated as "Kimkaren Way" a heretofore unnamed right-of-way
       running east-west between the 3400 and 3500 blocks of Oak Knoll
       Drive in the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, as shown more
       particularly in the map attached hereto and incorporated herein 
by
       reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance
       shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
